Every AIgency run keeps a full timeline, usage records, verification reports, tracked defects, and a generated completion report.
AIgency keeps a detailed record of everything that happened during a run, both while it's active and after it finishes.

Timeline and usage
A full, filterable timeline of events covers the run from start to finish. Alongside it, AIgency records usage per task and per run, drawn from each provider's own usage reporting.
Verification and defects
Verification-kind tasks produce reports on the work done by other tasks. Issues found are tracked as defects with a real status lifecycle:
open → repairing → resolved / accepted / rejected / cannot_reproduce
Defects can go through repair iterations before being resolved.
Completion reports and templates
When a run finishes, AIgency can generate a Markdown completion report summarizing the work. A run's configuration — objective shape, concurrency, permission mode, and so on — can also be saved as a reusable template for future runs.
